Dmari Designs (also known as DDesigns for short and/or DDesigns of Second life and/or DDesigns & Company) is fashion label CURRENTLY FEATURED in virtual worlds such as "second life". Dmari Designs (its name, products, logos, etc) is the sole intellectual property of person behind the avatar known as "Dmari Bilasimo". If you are unsure if the item you are in posession of is original content (or are aware someone illegally possession, selling or otherwise using said content) please email your concerns to: dmari.bilasimo@hotmail.com



While Dmari Designs may on OCCASSION use templates, kits or creator tools (or any component of such items) it always done so with the sole permission of the creator of said items (via purchase by or gift to Dmari Bilasimo). All final products created under the Dmari Designs (or its "also known as" names) label are the sole intellectual property of the person behind the avatar known as "Dmari Bilasimo" ONLY.



Dmari Designs respects the intellectual property rights, copy rights, publicity rights,etc. of all persons - virtual or otherwise. If you believe that Dmari Designs has somehow violated YOUR rights please send an email immediately to dmari.bilasimo@hotmail.com so said claim can be investigated and appropriate action taken. Please be sure to include all proofs (pictures, emails, letters, etc) so that Dmari Designs may be fully informed.



Any Dmari Designs items (products, logos, labels, design concepts, etc) in any environment (virtual or otherwise) sold with someone other than "Dmari Bilasimo" credited as the creator or seller (or sold without the express written permission and/or consent of Dmari Bilasimo) is a VIOLATION OF VIRTUAL AND REAL WORLD laws.



Any VIOLATION as described above or as stated at the links at the end of this post will be investigated by Dmari Designs ownership and the appropriate authorities (virtual world and real world) with full virtual and real world legal action taken when applicable.
