These terms of service are subject to change, alteration, medication at any given time without further notice.


Thank you for your purchase of and/or interest in a DDesigns outfit or product.


If you purchased a dress or outfit with a "flexi" part such as a skirt, ruffle, etc - these are modify for adjustment purposes ONLY (they are not to be modify/sold/altered in any other way, this is a violation of my Terms of Service)*,  please be sure to edit/adjust it if needed in order to fit your frame.

Pricing, Sales and Vendors:


DDesigns uses the hippoVEND system to advertise, market and sell nearly all its products in-world; all prices listed at  in-world locations are unique to each INDVIDUAL item - a single variation/color within an outfit set may be priced differently for a promotion.


Please join the group "Dmari's Crew", it is the group for the DDesigns label (and all sub-labels). Notices for promotions, special events and sales will be sent out regularly.


DDesigns (and its sub-labels) will be listed on the second life marketplace - please check it regularly for new items as all new items will appear there FIRST before being released to the store. There will also be some good freebies and cheapies available on the marketplace that are NOT available at the inworld stores.

1. any modification abled items are such for the sole purpose of adjustment ONLY; this may include items such as flexi, prim objects or sculpt objects. Any other modification or alteration outside of this stated term is strictly forbidden and considered a violation that will be reported to appropriate people.


2. DDesigns items are created from scratch in general - however some items either through pattern or ready-made-objects (in part or whole) are used in the creation of some final DDesigns products That said NO ITEMS ARE FULL PERM - on the chance you ACCIDENTLY receive ANY item created by or sold on the DDesigns label as full perm (either the whole product or a part of the product) you are not allowed to SELL or COPY for the purposes of making a profit or to simply give away the product(s). All purchases are are for the use of the purchaser except when EXPRESSLY stated in any description or notecard included with the product when viewed in world or on the marketplace.


3. Affiliate Vendors - if you purchase an item through an affiliate vendor (from another designer other than Dmari Bilasimo/DDesigns) and you have issue with either delivery, quality or usability you MUST contact that creator of the item you purchased - it is strongly suggested you view their marketplace store on the second life website or (should they have one) visit the creator's in-world store.


4. Returns (of DDesigns products)


ANY modification rights - there is no returns allowed on any products that include modification rights on all or any one item that makes up the product(s).


Copy Only - a new item will be sent to replace your corrupt item (after purchase verification).


Transfer Only - these are meant to be gift items (such as couples outfit sets) and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Transfer only items are not to be resold.


NOTE: this is by no means a conclusive list of the return policy - just the top 3; please be aware that all return requests need the final approval of Dmari Bilasimo and any such returns of DDesigns product(s) will be done solely at her discretion.


5. You will conduct yourself respectfully on all DDesigns owned/manage properties; anyone found to be harassing any other customers, renters, etc. will be banned from the parcels and information and a ban request for the entire sim will be sent to the sim owner.


DDESIGNS ITEMS ARE NOT TO BE RESOLD OR GIVEN AWAY FOR ANY PURPOSE (PROFIT OR OTHERWISE) WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISION OF DDESIGNS OWNERSHIP WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION BEFORE HAND. OUTFITS IN WHOLE OR PART ARE NOT TO BE COPIED AND RESOLD IN ANY FORM UNDER ANOTHER LABEL OR OTHERWISE.


ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE OR OTHER EXPRESSLY OR NON-EXPRESSLY STATED TERMS OF SERVICE WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITY WITH ALL POSSIBLE ACTION TAKEN.
